Jan 10th

Not even gonna try to blog everything I ate today. Bleh, I feel nauseous I’m so full. I just got back from New brunswick and I’m feeling so thrown off and tired, hard to get back into the healthy focus. It’s especially discouraging because I have a super busy work week/weekend ahead: RA training, snowtubing trip and getting ready to move into the hotel.

Luckily, I am in charge of the food the RA’s this week, so I can be sure to include healthy options :)

About to head up to New Brunswick to see Jake’s new place :-) SO I am packing lots of healthy snacks to eat for the rest of the weekend.
